Night Moves Chord Chart by Bob Seger

Welcome to my Night Move chord chart by Bob Seger. Cool little song with a cool little groove. This song does require the intermediate barre chord F major and you will be using it quite a lot. I would highly recommend working on your chord switches between F and C and F and G because you will be hopping the rhythm in the song. Which means you will only be on the F chord sometimes for 1/2 a beat. Fast!!!!

Lauren, there’s and easier F right?

Yep, for those of your not up to the full barre chord yet, we can use the trusty old Fmaj7 chord below. Won’t sound exactly light the song, but it will work.

There are a couple of strumming patterns. One for the verse and one for the chorus.

Verse Strumming: Hopped

G F
1 + a 2 + a 3 + a 4 e + a
D  UD UD  U DU DU

Chorus: Not hopped
C D
1 2 3 + 4 +
D D D U D U
