This is definitely a great beginner song once you learn you C, G, Em and D chords. The only tricky part is that the chords split a measure (2 beats per chord) so your chord changes have to be a little bit quicker to make this one work right. You can always do two down strums per chord to make things very simple instead of the 16th note strumming pattern below. Cmaj7 is just a C chord without the first finger.
